The Newborn Art Experience
The arrival of your baby is such a special time. An amazing and very personal experience that you’ll never forget. At lovelight we pride ourselves on producing beautiful and artistic newborn photography to capture this precious moment.
Let’s plan this together… We will have a pre-shoot chat, either by phone or here at our studios. From there, you’ll be able to plan your colour schemes and props to start packing a bag (or suitcase!) full of amazing ideas to suit you, your style and your new family. On the day of your shoot, you and your gorgeous bundle of joy will be welcomed in to the studio as it’s only guest and all of the facilities are at your very own disposal throughout your time with us. Sit back and relax whilst your professional photographer, James, uses his expertise from the years of professional training to make sure that your Baby is handled the safest way possible and in the best light… Quite literally. After your photoshoot, you’ll be invited to, once again, sit back and relax, whilst you view your imagery in our lounge and choose your favourites. Be warned, this may emotional!

Is there a free print included?
A “free print” doesn’t look after you. Over the 15 years of shooting, we have learnt that spending most of the day with us, makes it very difficult for you to pick “just the onet”… We don’t want to put you in that strange, and slightly awkward, position of only being gifted one & wanting more. Therefore, we offer the cost of your experience off your final order and, also, gift you £100 to spend on whatever you wish.
PS. Whilst there are restrictions on maternity based appointments, throughout covid-19, we will gift three 6x8 professional prints from your maternity experience… There’s no catch. No strings attached. We just want you to have something to positive to remember from this time.

SHOOT ONE
The Newborn Art Experience happens within the first 14 days of your Little One being born. We will capture everything, from those cute little button noses through to those crinkles up toes. You’ll also receive £100 credit to put towards whatever you wish, as well as exclusive use of the studio as our only booking of the day.
SHOOT TWO
This precious shoot normally happens when your Baby is around 5-7months old. We’ll capture every part of that personality that will be beginning to shine through, at this important age. Once again, you will be our only booking of the day* and you’ll receive £150 credit to spend on any new products you wish to purchase
SHOOT THREE
Celebrate your Little One’s first 12 months in style with your choice of a Family Portrait Experience or a Smash & Splash Experience. As their final shoot with us, you’ll receive 50% off portfolios and wall art!

The first year is full of, well, firsts! The next twelve months will be a voyage of discovery for your newborn as they discover the world and it’s people, not to mention their own strength and they’ll be doing it all with you at their side.
This truly unique experience allows you to capture your Baby’s first amazing year, with you. These three shoots, throughout their first 12 months, have been designed to capture your Babe’s milestones including:
the the newborn art shoot which happens within the first 14 days of being born,
around 5-7 months old when they’re able to confidently sit on their own and begin to recognise and interact with those they love around them
their first birthday, as well as being able to stand (and possibly take their first steps!)
PLUS £100 credit to spend on whatever you wish at your newborn art shoot, £150 credit to spend on any new products at your second shoot and 50% off wall art and/or portfolios at your third, and final, shoot with us.

We only book one newborn art session a day, making places limited.
Please contact us as soon as you’ve had your 20 week scan to start planning your shoot with us.
